Annette Caporella, is a licensed Title Agent in the State of Florida and is 100% Owner of Professional Closings of South Florida, LLC DBA Professional Closings Title & Escrow; "PCT&E" . With her, she brings over 33 years of experience in the Title Insurance industry along with personally conducting in excess of 18,000 closings. Many know her from her first company, The Closing Specialist, Inc., previously located in Plantation Florida (1995-2008). Due to the recession in 2008, Annette decided to venture in another business but ultimatly came back into title in 2012. She then launched PCT&E in 2018, bringing along her daughters Anna and Mia. Mia is responsible for our Opening Department, making your file a priorty, and promptly entering new files into our Settlement Software Provider; Qualia. Anna manages our Post Closing Department and is our Social Media Director. She is responsible for all disbursements, E-recordings, and submission of Owner's and Lender's Title Insurance Policies.
We strive to uphold the most important time lines and ensure your polices are sent out in a timely and pertinent fashion. We utilize special mailing packets so that our customers know the importance of their Title documents when received. In addition to the Post Closing responsibilites, Anna manages daily the ongoing marketing of our company.
